A site survey, is a survey of your property by an Everus team to determine if you are able to receive high-speed internet from the Everus network. The survey is performed by obtaining GPS coordinates, noting physical obstructions in your yard, and measuring the signal strength to one of our communications towers.

Site surveys are conducted on a first come first serve basis, and for a non-refundable charge of $49.99+tax. No one needs to be home for the site survey to be completed.

If you are in a hurry, a rush survey can be completed within two(2) business days for a fee of $99.00.
